Issuance

JABFM is published six times a year by the American Board of Family Medicine, 2228 Young Drive, Lexington, Kentucky 40505-4294, USA. Print subscriptions are based on the calendar year.

Address Changes

Subscription address changes should be forwarded to Drohan Management Group, 12100 Sunset Hills Rd., Suite 130, Reston, VA 20190. Changes must be received at least 6 weeks in advance of intended move. Please send new address, old address and expected date of change.

ABFM Diplomates should also submit address changes to the American Board of Family Medicine, 2228 Young Drive, Lexington KY 40505-4294. The editorial offices do not process address changes of any type.

Missing Issues

Missing issues will be replaced for up to three months from the issue date without charge. Claims beyond the three-month limit will be charged at the back-copy rates and must be prepaid. Claims should be submitted to Drohan Management Group.

Back Issues

If you wish to purchase back issues (issues published prior to your effective start date) of the Journal of the American Board of Family Medicine, there is a charge of $30.00 per issue. Please contact Drohan Management Group.
